Ed Powell has been in the mortgage business since 1984 primarily in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Though he has experience in most all phases of the mortgage industry, he most enjoys residential first mortgage loans of all types including Jumbo, Conventional, FHA and VA. His experience has included time spent working in Mortgage Banking, Mortgage Brokerage, Savings and Loan industry and the credit union industry. He has served in a variety of leadership positions for both local and national companies. He is presently serving on the Board of Directors of the Mortgage Bankers Association of KC, Kansas Association of Mortgage Professionals and the Legacy for Parks Foundation.
